As a fully online school, we embrace the power of digital technology to bring together a diverse community of educators, practitioners, and students, all sharing a common passion for intelligence work. Our curriculum spans a wide range of intelligence disciplines, from traditional human intelligence (HUMINT) and open source intelligence (OSINT) to emerging fields like cyber threat intelligence (CTI).

Meet our instructors

Ahmed Hassan

CEO & Founder
I'm Ahmed Hassan the CEO of Grey Dynamics.  I have over 12 years of experience in the intelligence and security sector across government and private sector. I hold an MA in Intelligence and International Security Studies with a specialisation in counterintelligence, strategic forecasting and information security. Over the last 6 years, I have trained and mentored analysts. My objective with the Grey Dynamics Intelligence School is to demystify intelligence and prepare capable intelligence professionals. 

Marcel Plichta

Lead Instructor & Grey Dynamics Intelligence School Manager
I'm Marcel Plichta a former analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense and PhD candidate at the University of St Andrews. I have taught and briefed on a variety of international relations and intelligence topics, including foreign policy analysis, African security, and emerging technologies. Currently I hold a fellowship at the Centre for Global Law and Governance and wrote for Foreign Policy, the Irregular Warfare Initiative, and, the Counterterrorism Sentinel at West Point.

HUMINT Instructor & Mentor
I'm Matteo, my expertise is strongly founded in HUMINT Operations, High Risk/Threat Training, Agent Handling development and implementation. I have been deployed throughout the Middle East and South East Asia, with roles in Defence, Law Enforcement, and the Private Sector.

Cole

Analyst Mentor
My name is Cole and I'm a 15 year veteran of the New Zealand Army where I served in both logistical and military intelligence spheres. I have multiple deployments across the Middle East and Pacific, and spent time providing intelligence support to Special Operations. I'm also the founder of ALCON Intelligence - a brand aimed at democratising intelligence and bringing intelligence as a service into the public domain.
